Starting on January 13th 2025, a two-step verification will be required daily to access the difuzego, difuzevox and difuzedub services.
Configure the authenticator
1. Download any Authentication App on your phone or desktop (such as these recommended ones:)
Microsoft Authenticator from App Store | Play Store
Google Authenticator from App Store | Play Store
A desktop Authenticator plugin is available from the Chrome Store
2. Within the app, add your account by scanning the QR code or by manually entering the key. The key can be added to the clipboard by clicking on the paperclip symbol.
This will create a link between the app and your difuzego account. At this point, the Authenticator is not yet completely paired.
*NOTE: If previous pairing attempts were unsuccessful, please remove the difuzego account from your chosen authenticator app to avoid conflict with the previous entry. The key on the screen must match the one entered in the app for the pairing to be effective.
If you do not see the page with the QR code and key and it goes directly to step 3, the authenticator link needs to be reconfigured first. Please contact the difuzego support team to request a reset.

To remove an account from Microsoft Authenticator

3. Enter the 6 digits code found on your authenticator app and click on Continue.
If the pairing is successful, a confirmation message will appear on-screen.
Reset your authenticator
There are two options available to reset your authenticator:
1. If you have access to your account, you can reset the authenticator from the Profile menu:
- Click on the avatar
- Click on Manage profile
- Click on Reset your authenticator
*If the option is not available, this means the account is not currently associated with any authentificator app.
You will then see a pop-up message.
IMPORTANT: Before attempting the new pairing, please remove the difuzego account from your chosen authenticator app to avoid conflict with the previous entry. The key on the screen must match the one entered in the app for the pairing to be effective.
Scan the QR code or enter the key manually. This will create a link between the app and your difuzego account. At this point, the Authenticator is not yet completely paired.
Enter the 6 digits code found on your authenticator app and click on Continue.
If the pairing is successful, a confirmation message will appear on-screen.
2. If you do not have access to your account, you can ask your account administrator to reset your authenticator or contact the difuzego support team.
Once reset, a confirmation email will be sent.
Follow the link to log in. The configuration page will appear after entering your credentials.
Follow the same steps as above.
